G. Burt Lancaster

Mr. Lancaster is principal of Lancaster Resolve Technology and an international consultant to high technology companies. With more than 30 years of industry experience, he is sought after as a consulting expert on developing semiconductor and other high technology markets. He has contracted to turn-around several semiconductor companies that were in difficulty and all are doing well.

Burt founded an LED company in Silicon Valley in 2000 and another one in Xiamen, China in 2003. Previously, as a Leader of the Semiconductor Group for Air Products, he was instrumental in developing many new products and applications for the advanced semiconductors that are being produced today. Early in his career he worked with FMC Corporation's Research and Development Division and Litton Industries.

He attended the California Maritime Academy and studied several disciplines of engineer leading to a Bachelor of Science degree. He also served as an officer in the United States Navy.
